Suede Fabric

Real suede is made from the underside of an animal skin. This type of leather has a brushed, napped structure. The suede fabrics in the Knipidee collection are made of polyester and have a short pile. Suede has a nap, which means that it is visible when you stroke the fabric. The fabric is brushed and looks like suede from real animal skin.

Why suede?

Suede fabric is suitable for making pants, skirts, jackets, dresses or tops, for example. It is a soft and supple quality. The material is also often used as a hobby fabric, interior fabric, or for making accessoires.
