Placing orders

How can I place an order?
You need to register for a wholesaler buyer account for placing orders in our webshop. You can read the order guidelines for more information. Please note that we deliver to companies with a valid tax ID only.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is one double folded piece of 12 meters of fabrics or one roll of +/-50 meters of fabrics.
I just placed an order. Can I still make changes?
When you wish to adjust your order, contact us as soon as possible, if not up to 12 hours the day before the departure of your order shipment. We can not guarantee changes to your order later than 12 hours the day before your order shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
When you wish to cancel your order please contact us at least before 12 hours the day before your order shipment. We can not process your cancellation once your order has been shipped.
Can I change my address information?
In your webshop account, you can edit, add or delete your shipping and billing address anytime. When you have placed an order and you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible, if not up to 12 hours the day before departure or your order shipment. We can not process the address change once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Knipidee International BV ships internationally to any country in the world.
How much are the shipping costs?
Depending on the destination country, the accompanying postal service and optional special shipment requests, the exact amount of shipping costs will be calculated after placing your order. You can find an indication of the shipping costs here. We will always find the cheapest carrier. After you have received your order confirmation email, we will send you the actual invoice including the shipping fees and get your order ready for shipment.
Can I pick up my order?
It's possible to pick up your order at our warehouse address by yourself or by your own desired carrier (you will need to arrange this yourself). Once your order has been processed and is ready for pick up, you will receive a notification that your order is ready for dispatch. When you received this email, you can collect your order from our pick up location. In addition, you can leave us a pickup date during the checkout process, where we get your order ready for when requested.

How can I track my order?
Once your package ships, we will send you a tracking number to your email. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Where can I find my tracking number?
We will send you a tracking number to your email address when your order is being shipped. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Depending on the destination country and customs, delivery times may vary. You can check the status of your shipment any time by using the tracking number which we will provide you by email.
I have not received a part of my order. When will this arrive?
It is possible that you have not received your order completely, for some items can be shipped separately. Usually, the rest of your order will arrive the next day(s).

Returns

There is a defect in my fabric. What now?
If your product is deemed faulty, please contact our sales team as soon as noticed. All damage claim requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. We will provide you a proper solution, mostly either a refund or an exchange for items being confirmed as defective or damaged.
How can I return my order?
Please contact us within 30 days when you wish to return your order. You can find more information about returns in our Return Policy.
